any personal information given to imaginarycreatures.net will be protected. your information will never be disclosed to any third parties. we use paypal for our online shopping cart, so we never see or have access to your credit card or banking information.

for local pick up in vancouver:

you choose the items you want, then fill out the local pick up request form.

tip: you can add the items you want to your cart then hit 'view cart' and  just copy & paste the order from your cart onto the pick up request form. 

We receive your pick up order request, we send you a confirmation and let you know its ready for pick up.

Then you call or email us to let us know when you are coming to pick it up.

Lastly, you come, get your new stuff and we love you.

for paypal orders:

you add items to your cart, & pay with PayPal. when payment is received, we send you a confirmation email and process your order.

customers outside of canada must add the additional international shipping fee to cover the cost of international mail. You can add it here:

all orders are shipped via canada post, rates are determined by weight and destination at point of purchase. sorry, we can not ship to multiple addresses per order, or ship to p.o. boxes.  orders are processed seven days a week. domestic orders (canada) are sent as expedited parcel and tend to arrive 3-5 days after being shipped. orders to the usa can take 1-2 weeks for delivery, and international mail can take anywhere from 3-6 weeks. 

you receive an even bigger discount when buying multiple items, as we offer combined shipping for one low flat rate. the discount for combined shipping is automatically applied to your cart.

yes, we are happy to ship to every country! shipping rates that appear in 'view cart' apply to canada only.

returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of sale. returned merchandise must be in original condition  unwashed, unaltered, with tags attached. If item is returned within the 14 days and passes inspection, refunds are given via paypal for the sale price. shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the cost to send it back.
